With over 10 years of legal experience, Suraj advises companies and individuals on a wide range of immigration issues, including temporary work visas, intracompany transfers, foreign labor certification (PERM), permanent residence, expatriation, inadmissibility waivers, consulate assistance, and investor visas. He has assisted Fortune 20 companies, small businesses, and individuals alike in developing immigration strategies and ensuring successful cross-border immigration.
As a second-generation immigrant, Suraj understands the challenges faced by immigrants and the need for expert guidance. He enjoys navigating complex circumstances, providing solutions, and advocating on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his immigration practice, Suraj is an experienced litigator in both Washington and British Columbia. He has represented clients in the Superior Court of Washington and the British Columbia Supreme Court, handling bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations. His primary focus is injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and other personal injury actions in both Washington and British Columbia.
When he’s not practicing law, Suraj is on the golf course, working to lower his handicap. He also enjoys boxing, fitness, travel, and spending time with his wife and two children.
